Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems are more ubiquitous than ever. But despite the enormous benefits they bring to clinical environments, they’re often burdened by safety-related usability issues. These issues routinely go unreported due to the difficulty of making reports in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Our solution is a tray application that sits in the background and makes it easy to report usability issues and safety events without interrupting the EHR workflow, regardless of the EHR platform in use. The tool can exports reports in PDF or XML and supports AHRQ Common Formats for interoperability.

Because of our innovative approach, we won 1st place in the recent EHR challenge from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
